Cancellation Policy
Please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, should you wish to cancel. Cancellations made within 24 hours of treatment time or non-arrivals will be charged at 50% of the total treatment cost.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out necessary pre-treatment forms. Please be aware if you arrive late for your appointment it will still end when scheduled to assure we are not further delayed. If you are running late please give us as much notice as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to rearrange your appointment and our cancellation fee will incur.
Rewards Card
Start collecting rewards with us at Saint James Lash Bar.
Collect 1 stamp per visit with £20 minimum spend (on treatments and retail products)
6 stamps will complete your Rewards Card which can be redeemed at your 7th visit for 50% off 1 treatment.
50% off is not valid on retail products, full set of lashes or to be used in conjunction with any discount / special offer.
Saint James Lash Bar rewards stamps are not valid when purchasing/ redeeming gift vouchers.
Accessibility
We offer treatments over two floors, some our treatment rooms require using stairs. If you require a treatment room on ground level, please make us aware at your time of booking so we an allocate our treatment rooms correctly.
Health Considerations
Please let us know if you are pregnant or have any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your treatment prior to arrival.
