Please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, should you wish to cancel. Cancellations made within 24 hours of treatment time or non-arrivals will be charged at 50% of the total treatment cost.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out necessary pre-treatment forms. Please be aware if you arrive late for your appointment it will still end when scheduled to assure we are not further delayed. If you are running late please give us as much notice as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to rearrange your appointment and our cancellation fee will incur.
We kindly ask our clients to please arrive at the time of your appointment, unaccompanied and wearing a face covering. Please use the sanitiser provided upon arrival. If you do feel unwell or are experiencing any covid19 symptoms please reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible and we will happily rearrange.
We offer treatments over two floors, some our treatment rooms require using stairs. If you require a treatment room on ground level, please make us aware at your time of booking so we an allocate our treatment rooms correctly.
Please let us know if you are pregnant or have any pre existing medical conditions that may effect your treatment prior to arrival.
